DD who is 2, fell off a step earlier and landed awkwardly. Since then won't use her hand or let me touch it. Sort of going round holding it out and trying not to bend fingers, but think she can. Otherwise fine. Does this need medical attention or wait and see? No experience in this area and advise much appreciated!
