My dd is getting over the chicken pox she didn't get it very bad maybe 2 dozen spots at the most that didn't even bother but now they're all scanned over is there anything that helps them to disappear faster? Like Vaseline for instance?

I used calamine acqueous cream (not calamine lotion) on my DCs. Got it from the chemist.

Don't rub anything on the scans as if you knock the off they scar. They're best left.

We got Virasoothe that was recommended by the pharmacist. There was no scratching at all and it says on the tube that it promotes faster healing.
