Rash or friction burn?

My daughter had been at nursery today and pooed through her nappy twice. The second time they had no vest so she was left without one. Could this new rash on her belly be from her toilet being on her skin or friction burn from Carpet perhaps? She crawls still. Ignore the chicken pox scabs around it!

That looks raised so not friction. I think it seems irritated. Did they not notice that she'd pooed through her nappy?

My little one gets that same spotty rash thing on her bum cheeks. It's not in an area where it comes into contact with poo. I'm not quite sure what it is though. It doesn't look like nappy rash that I'm used too though. Sorry that's not of any help.
