is it chickenpox?

DD has 3 little red raised spots on her groin area and a few on her arm. She says they aren't itchy. Are these chicken pox? Am I ok taking her to pharmacy?

Chickenpox is obvious. The spots are blisters and go through stages before scabbing over. They get quite angry and red.
