Dry skin patch on 2 year old

He keeps getting these. This one is at the bottom of his back. It's not itchy, he's oblivious to it. He's had them on his thighs, bum cheeks and back... this is the only one he has at the moment. Took him to GP last year and they said it was ringworm. What do you think?

Does daktarin creAm make it go away? Then it's ringworm or similar. Does look like the start of ringworm before it spreads to its circular shape.
Make sure you wash all his towels and bedding and clothes on a very hot wash to prevent it coming back
