What is this on DC face?

She has come out with some small spots on her face and a red rash you can see what look like blood vessels under the surface. Just on cheeks no where else on body. Any idea what it could be?

Looks like it could be mild keratosis pilaris. My DC have had it on upper arms but can be on face too. Just raised skin bumps caused by a build up of keratin protein and not harmful.
