Sorry this will probably seem like a stupid question. Ds 19.5 mo has a molar coming theough i think - he's been drooling like mad, very picky about food, crying as he latches on at times, but as he clean his teeth there's also bleeding.
Is that ok/normal or should I go to doctor?
