My 6month daughter has had the WORST farts lately. They smell like egg, I'm constantly opening her nappy expecting poo and nothing. We haven't really weaned an awful lot (tried veg purees and baby rice but she's nowhere near interested!) so is only on her usual milk, no changes to diet or routine. Any ideas?
