Can 3 big spots constitute chicken pox??

My DS had CP when he was almost 1 diagnosed by GP as mild but definately CP.

This weekend we have 3 spots that I think are CP and another 4 that are little
Red dots no scratching, no temp, slightly under the weather.

So do I keep him off school for 3 spots, waste the GPs time or put the other patients at risk not sure what to do really?
they are on his abdomen.

Find a pharmacy that is open ask if pharmacist will pop out to look at him. Ds just had one white spot on his tongue, didn't look like cp, thought might be thrush as still bf. Two days later another crop came out.

Wait till tomorrow. It will be clearer then.

DS started with three red spots on his belly - a couple of days later he was plastered with them.

If it's chicken pox there will be more by tomorrow DS had molluscum last year and I thought they looked like little chicken pox blisters to begin with.

Molluscum blisters usually have a little dot or indentation in the middle, do you have a photo?
