Red mark on dd

Dd 1 has a small red mark just above her bottom, pic attached
I think it's been there for about a week or 2, I did notice it before but just thought it was a bite (we had a friends cat to stay and we had a few bites too) if I put pressure on it it disappears, she has quite a few birth marks 3 of which are strawberry colour flat ones but this one feels ever so slightly raised (like a bite would feel I think)

I usually do the pressure test straight away, if it disappears then I usually don't panic, but best to go get it checked, looks like a bite to me.

It does disappear but not sure if it's a bite as it's been there for a little while now (definitely a week, possibly 2)
Will go and see the GP
