Conjunctivitis

My 3 year old and one year old both have sore red eyes. Any tips? Last night they were both awake for most of the night. Is there anything I can do/give them that might help? Do i need to take them to the doctors for conjunctivitis?

Only if it's bacterial - if it's keeping them awake I think I'd go.
