Hi everyone, looking for some advice on my sons nail, it has lifted at the side and looks bruised underneath, it doesn't seem to be bothering him at all but I'm wondering if we need to air a trip to the doctors or would that be a waste of time? Is there anything they can do about it or is it a matter of just waiting until it either heals or falls off? Picture attached. Thanks in advance for any insight.
