Worried about 5 day old?

My 5 day old hasn't had a dirty nappy in well over 24 hours now. Should I worry? We have changed from breast to bottle feeds when he was 3 days old.

If they are wet nappies I wouldn't worry.
As you've switched to bottle it may take a little adjust. Speak to the midwife when you next see her (do they still do regular visiting in your area?) and if it starts approaching 48 hours then just check with your GP, but I don't think there's anything to worry about unless they seem distressed or you think their tummy is bloated.
