Weight a toddler can carry?

I have searched the web and I can't find anything on this. I'm wondering if there is any guidance on what weight object a toddler (of particular size/weight) can carry? My partner gave our 15 month son a 4 pint milk bottle with over 3 pints in, he seemed to carry it ok, but I'm wondering if holding in one hand with his arm outwards/forward is going to put a strain on his back? Maybe I am just worrying too much!

You are worrying too much! When was the last time your toddler did something they didn't want to (or physically couldn't do) without complaining? If I give my toddler something too heavy she PUTS IT DOWN! (drops it)
