Big toe trauma

My dd (3) was playing darts (magnetic) yesterday and the board fell off the wall and landed on her foot. It was kept iced all afternoon as think then numb feeling was calming her down but it went black almost instantly.

She refused to walk at all yesterday pm and it was clearly very painful. She sat in my bed like a queen making her demands of juice and oranges! And being carried to the toilet!

She is walking this morning but not putting any weight at all on that toe, either walking on side of her foot or lifting her big toe out of the way.

Should I seek further advise. Hopefully a pic will be attached. First was from yesterday second from this am
