What is this? (Pics included)

Does anyone know what this might be? I have found these on my 20 month old this evening. They don't look like bites in real life, and they are also bigger than they look in the photos.

I'll take him to the pharmacist tomorrow, but just wondered if anyone had any idea?

looks a bit like ringworm, might be worth letting the doctor have a look.

If it is ringworm, an anti-fungal cream from the pharmacist will clear it up very quickly.
