Separation anxiety

My 8 yr old daughter has separation anxiety whenever she knows she will be away from me for a night. She sobs, gets rashes, headaches and stops sleeping. Any advice?

Don't make her be away overnight! She'll grow out of it.

As much as I would love not to make her stay away overnight, I work full time and in the holidays she stays with her grandparents. Thanks for your advice though 😀
