Chicken pox or HFM? Or something else?

DD2 (6m) was grumpy yesterday, temp of 38 and cold hands/feet last night.
Today had these spots. Terrible clusters in nappy area, lots on both arms and others scattered about.
I was thinking HFM but now I'm not so sure.
She's more sleepy than usual but BF lots and not dehydrated. Got GP apt later today just wondering what you think?

I think it's normal now (can't take it right now she's attached to boob!) her face feels cold but body warm

It's 'something else'!
Treating her for Strep throat with penicillin and fungal rash in groin.
