Very swollen gum - teething

My 16 month old has cut 3 out of 4 molars but the bottom left gum is very swollen and almost like a hard blister pale in colour where the 4th should be coming through. It been like it for around a week now, she doesn't seem to be in anymore discomfort than with normal teething.
Should I take her to get it looked at and where, docs or dentist or wait till Friday to see the HV's?
