Growing pains in 2 year old??

I would have thought it a bit early, but DD (25 months) keeps saying 'ow knee' and pointing to her leg. Last night she woke up really upset saying her knees/legs were sore. There are no bruises or marks I can see.

Could it be growing pains?

DD1 had growing pains, but quite a bit later I think. How long has she been saying it? Could she have knocked or twisted her knee?

She's been saying it for a couple days, not particularly bothered with it though except when she woke up last night. It seems to come out of nowhere, she did actually have a fall last Wednesday which resulted in a bloody nose and lip. Her knees were unscathed but never thought it could have twisted...

It's probably just one of those things and will disappear on its own! See your GP if not just to check there's nothing else going on.
