My toddler has a cold for a few days and this morning had a high temp and breathing very fast so we got him looked at and they said all seamed well and just the peak of his cold and the fast breathing was because of his high temp. So he's been lazy today and barely moved he's had calpol and nurofen to keep his temps down but my partner noticed his heat was going fast so we have times it 4 times and it's 145 at rest.... does this Seam normal?

Yes I would. Just keep an eye on his temp and fluids up.

My boy always has an increased heart rate with a temp. Doctor has never been concerned, so guessing it's normal!
