The numbers mean nothing to me cab anyone tell me how good/bad this prescription is?

Sph -325 cyl +300 axis 155 (right eye)

-525 +400 25 (left eye)

?

Anyone?

The sph being a minus means she is short sighted and will need a distance prescription. The first number is usually written as + or - 3.25 for example. The Cyl is the degree of astigmatism , this basically means her eye being a rugby ball shape, she has (hers reading at about moderate) and the axis is the direction of the astigmatism which would be horizontal.

Hope that explains it ok.

Her prescription isn't severe but it's a little high and she definitely needs distance glasses.

She has glasses I just got her new ones..I was curious has to how bad her eye sight actually is...
