Teething related - odd?

My son is 19 months old and was a very late teether, his first one only came 3 months ago or so. Now he's got 4 out at the top and I noticed two more top ones coming through just now. He's got none of the bottom ones though!
Should I be concerned?

My DD2 got hers all in the wrong order. Her first two were her 'fangs' (canines) it looked really odd. She had most of her top ones before the bottom ones also. The dentist said he wasn't worried. And he was right as the bottom ones are almost through now. If your worried take her to the dentist and get their opinion. I'm sure it will be fine.
