After physiotherapy for over a year, night splints for nearly a year and heavy shoes for 6 months my son has just been given 2 casts to wear for next 4 weeks. I wasn't really prepared for them tbh. No baths or getting the casts wet is going to be tricky. Can anyone prepare me for what to expect when the casts are removed. The doctor isn't what I would describe as " nurturing" and didn't really explain much when the casts were fitted. Thank you
