What is this and should I visit the GP?

DD3 has a hard lump in her chest. It's really tiny (approx 1mm diameter), but obviously visible - to the naked eye it looks like she has a piece of pencil lead under her skin. It's mobile, and if I squeeze it, it protrudes from the skin, but it won't pop out like a spot does and is painful. I've attached pictures but I've had to zoom hard to capture it and the light isn't great.

I'd take her. Probably absolutely nothing but it will put your mind at rest!

musculum contagiosum? Sounds horrible but it's harmless and most kids have it at some point. I'm guessing though

swatsup I don't think so, because it's not white and raised - they tend to be quite rounded and lumpy. This is completely under the skin but it's like a hard bit of grit or pencil lead in appearance.
