2.5 year old... always has this bumpy skin, last few months gets these spots occasionally, any ideas what it might be, and what I can put on to help?
She doesn't have bubble bath and the only thing I put on her skin is epaderm ( only once every couple of weeks).
Not sure if relevant but she had an intolerance to cows milk from age 1 until about 8 months ago, she now gets constipated occasionally.
No other health issues that I can think of, has a good diet, loads of fresh air and is very active.
