Hi, we are currently on holiday. DD (5) wasn't particularly well before we came, GP said she had a viral throat infection. Since being here her throat seems better but she hasn't seemed herself at times, her appetite isn't good (usually eats like a horse). Also on 2 occasions, three nights apart she has projectile vomited, absolutely no warning then feels fine afterwards. Could this all be linked or does anyone else have any clue to what could be going on?? Thank you
