DD will be 7 weeks on Thursday and her face is awfully spotty. Is this normal, and is there anything I can do to ease it? Smile

Yes it is usually hormonal and called baby acne. Might be worth avoiding perfumed toiletries on baby's skin as it can irritate.

Yep totally normal, should clear up by 3 months.
