Humidifiers? For a nightime cough?

Do these work for a preschooler, if so which one is best for a fairly small room?

We use one for Jude who had what appeared to be recurrent bronchiolitis until he was finally diagnosed with asthma. I'm not 100% sure if it makes a difference but it certainly can't hurt especially for a dry cough. We use a Vicks humidifier?

We used one for DD but she was then diagnosed with asthma; a cough at night is quite typical apparently. We use the inhalers now, and only use the humidifier if she has bronchiolitis.

We use the warm mist humidifier from Vicks and wouldn't change it for the world!!!
