Teen physio

My teen DS is having bouts of hip pain. Been referred to physio. They've left a message to say a physio will call for a telephone appt tomorrow am.
My question is do I need to keep him off school? Not sure if they will expect to speak to him or have a barrage of questions! Any ideas or experience? Thanks.

No one? I don't want to keep him off for no reason but I don't want to waste the appt if they need to speak to him!

One more desperate bump for the evening crowd.
Asked him loads of questions. Wrote down answers. Planned to go with that and send him to school tomorrow.Confused

Assuming you know what's been going on its prob fine for them to speak to you. If he's young enough to still be in school i'm guessing you've been there at all the go appointments, given him pain killers etc when its sore seen what makes him worse etc and so should be able to give a pretty good history. Its a good idea to get him to write down questions though so that his views are still represented. Would be a good idea to have a pen and paper handy to note down anything they say so you can let him know. Hope it goes well and he gets a face to face app soon.
