Red blotches on baby's face and head

They are only on one side of her face and head. Can anyone advise what these could be

Has she been asleep?? They could just be a heat/irritation rash from where she's been laid?

How old? Possibly neonatal acne. DD in particular had it on the side she'd slept on most recently. The heat/sweat seems to bring it out.

Thanks. She's 4 weeks old. Was sleeping whilst I was shopping & I didn't notice she had became quite warm. Then when I picked her up I noticed these spots. It's probably a heat rash but just wanted to check.

Yeh I think it's most likely to be hear my Ds use to get these well still does

They look quite irritating. If they don'the go down withinow an hour or so I would take her for a check at the out of hours doctor.

Ds gets those. However he's much older. I would get them checked if they haven't faded.
