Hello. My daughter is 3 and got her tonsils and adenoids removed 9 days ago. She sounds soooo full of phlegm with ratteling guruling sounds and has such a wet cough and blocked nose. Is this normal? When she sleeps sounds like a tractor in her mouth..... also she is still so grumpy and moaning and crying. has ANYONE had ANY experience with this??? I AM NOT seeing the light at the end of this very long tunnel Sad PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Are you able to call the ward she had the operation on and ask the nurses for advice? It's worth checking out I think.

Are you still giving her pain relief?

She just got back from hospital yesterday and they say it's normal but makes no sense to me. Just want to know if someone else has had this experience
