DD 6 has lost 5 teeth so far. 4 bottom ones, which are all either fully or partially replaced now with adult teeth, and one top middle tooth. The top middle tooth fell out weeks ago but there's still no sign of its replacement coming in. Is this anything to be worried about? I'd thought that the top ones normally come before the second pair of lower ones? She has an enamel problem with one of her permanent molars too. the other top front one has been wobbly for ages too.
Reassure me that she'll get her front teeth back eventually?! TIA
