Wart removal

Dd (9) has a wart on her knee and one on her finger. She is incredibly self conscious of them. We've been to the GP a couple of times, he's said they will just disappear in their own time, and he tried to freeze the one on her knee. We used a home freezing spray too, but nothing has worked and they don't seem to be getting any smaller. Does anyone have any experience of wart removal?

TIA.

Apple cider vinegar on some cotton wool taped on overnight. Takes a few weeks but only thing that worked for me. Had tried eveything from chemist and had gp freeze it four times.

Do you just tape it on every night?

Yes just taped it on. With sellotape actually as found that stuck better than the surgical tapes. Hesitate to suggest that in case of allergies etc but it worked quite well

It worked for my warts and a family members veruccas. The warts were gone in a few weeks (had them a couple of years and had been treating them with no success). Verrucas took about six months of gently scalpelling or filing dead skin after treatment with ACV overnight. But they had grown very big as not treated.

ACV has ALWAYS worked on my kids' warts.
