Skin rash

My 8 year old has came out with these spots. Can anyone help with what they are. He's up to date with vaccs and never had chicken pox.

Could be chicken pox though hard to tell from the photo. They blister first but the blister usually pops quite quickly and then they start to crust over a bit. Are new ones coming up?
