Pin prick spots under eyes

Dd is 3 and I've just noticed tiny pin prick spots under each eye. Otherwise she's totally fine. Any ideas??

Is she coughing? That can bring a rash like that out-or constipated Grin

Otherwise it may well just be a viral rash. Ds gets them and he's rarely ill with them.

Looks like something called petechia. It's broken blood vessels into the skin. I get it around my eyes when I vomit. My DC have both had it when they've had a virus. Does she only have it on her face?

Has she been cuddling someone stubbly?

Sorry that sounds weird but I notice the same on my DC when they've been snuggling up with DH. It fades soon after.

No stubbly cuddles or vomiting. Disappeared after a day or two, very strange.
