is this chicken pox or just a viral rash?

My 7 month old has had a d and v bug and has come out with these spots also has a very runny nose? Unsure whether the spots are part of the virus or the start of chicken pox? Tia

Where are they? Have they blistered? Could be HFM especially if in nappy area.
I would phone Dr's though because of age.

Non have blistered only a few more have appeared and yes they are in the nappy area they have seen a doctor who didn't know himself what they were lol what is HFM X
