DS has had this nappy rash the past week or so, but I've just noticed it's now on his foot too, and he has one by his mouth too. I've attached a pic, it's starting to crust which is unlike any nappy rash he's had before.
We've been in Italy (heat rash?) and he's been in disposable nappies which he isn't usually, but that doesn't explain the mouth and foot spots.
Seems a bit excessive to take him to doctors or pharmacy so thought I'd ask here. His little friend had something similar lately so probably that. I thought Hand, Foot & Mouth but it's mainly in his nappy area!
