White spot on babies gum

My 10 week old baby has got a white spot on his top left hand side gum. He's had it there since he was 4-5 weeks!! I don't know what this is. He's usually got his first in his mouth and always to bite my arm or shoulder when I have him on me. Could this be teething ?

My lb had this at the back on his lower gum which we all thought was teething the dr put her finger in to feel it and said it wasn't a tooth and must of popped it as it disappeared and never came back :)
