Rash on ds2s face... What the hell is it!?

Ds2 has come home from pils like this...
What is it?
He's says it doesn't hurt, he hasn't had an accident or hit himself...

Is it a dribble type rash? It looks like that. X

Have they used something new to wash his face? Certain wipes make my ds face red raw.

Has he done that thing where you suck all the air out of a cup maybe ? Where you make a vacuum & it sticks to your face. I've seen that make little marks where the blood has come to the surface of the skin.
