15 months ago my now 3 yr old developed a severe case of chicken pox (not dissimilar to the one that was recently on the news). Her spots were concentrated on we face. Her eyes were puffy as she had so many spots around them. Anyway, not long after recovering, she started squinting. I have recently found out that the two can be related. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Also, My daughters prescription is +3 in one eye and +2 in the other, can a squint improve in time? She wears glasses to correct it at present but I'm wondering what the likelihood of her growing out of it is? When she removed her glasses, the squint becomes more evident until her eyes adjust.

Any info gratefully received x
