Why does my 2 year old's poop look like mushy peas? It's green, not yellowy green, not a bit of a green tinge... Green! Like I'm emptied a can of mushy peas into a nappy. I've never seen this before, he hasn't even eaten peas in the last few days and his nappy this morning was a normal colour? 
Perhaps this is a normal anomaly but I'm at a loss to why it's suddenly so green
