Sore patches on face - picture

This has appeared on my 12mo dd since yesterday evening, looks like scabby sore patches but doesn't seem to be bothering her at all.

She has also been teething and has a bit of nappy rash at the moment.

Any ideas what it might be or what might have caused it? Tia

Total guess as not medically trained but impetigo??

Looks like impetigo to me too.

A quick google indicates that is a likely candidate, thanks! It may also explain the nappy rash as it doesn't look like a normal rash.

Off to the doctors tomorrow then
