Does this look like ringworm?

DD has this round patch come up on her cheek, is it ringworm and if so can I get some anti fungal cream otc or do I need to take her to the GP?

Yep, take her to the chemist and they'll help. I wouldn't have thought it needs the GP.

Could be Lichen Planus? That's fairly common in young children. If you take your daughter with you, a pharmacist will probably look at it for you.
