Reaction after meningitis b jab

DS, 18mo, had the first men b jab yesterday. (Privately)
It was done about an inch above his BCG, which was fully healed, but a scar.
This morning I noticed the BCG area was red and swollen, but not where the new jab was done.
He has no temp, although I gave him 3 doses of calpol with 4 hourly spacing, as directed by clinician doing jab.
He is miserable today, and the arm hurts.
Should I be concerned?

My DS2 had the first jab at 8 weeks and ended up with a solid lump the size of a ping-pong ball on his thigh! I was Shock but apparently it's really common. Took a couple of weeks to go down but he if fine now. He was sleepy and grumpy for a few days after the jab but he got a temp as well.
