Hi was woundering if anyone had any advice, My daughter is 4 years old and has been complaining of a sore mouth the past few days and isnt eating much! She finally let me have a look and 2 new teeth are growing at the back of her mouth. I thought it may be molars but aparently they would have come through by now. She has all her 20milk teeth so these are 2 extra! Was just wondering if this was normal?

They normally get their first adult molars around the age of 6. They are new teeth and not replacements for any baby teeth. Maybe they are arriving early. You could see the dentist to discuss it
