Any dermatologists on here ?!?

I'm looking for some advice on a skin condition my DD has any would appreciate any experts who could help

No expert, but also havin ds with skin condition and eczema myself might be able to help

Its a bit of an odd one lol its not eczema or a normal skin condition its strange lumps appearing on her body and disappearing with 30 mins, I've had her checked at a&e and they said it was either palvo or slapped cheek syndrome and assured me after 6 weeks it would clear. Its now almost 2 ½ months later and still coming up. I've done extensive research I'm convinced otherwise. Would love some insight into it. I've got tons of pics of different ones they constantly change shape and size. Never semi to appear on her face or neck and piriton doesn't have any affect. She's not bothered by it so that's one good thing I guess

Hives? Could be an allergy.

Viral rash would have cleared an its way past the time limit if it was and its not hives I've got photos of these lumps that look completely different also the daily amount of piriton she's on would stop it but it doesn't. I've had several health professionals look at her and have no idea what is. Sorry for late reply had a very itchy long night with her again (eczema playing up)

Its a bit bad for colour but this lump is what the doctors at a&e thought was palvo again its gone way past the time period for that particular virus. Some look like this or the photo above and some look like someone has poured liquid stinging nettles on her!

Could it be pressure urticaria?

Is she taking paracetamol or anything else like that?

Nope they did for about all of a second say it could be until they saw all the other marks it doesn't fall under the symptoms , she can sit completely untouched by anything and have marks appear then disappear in under 30 mins, cant put up pics of some of the worst as near genitals

When these first started she wasn't on any medicine now she's on daily piriton now

It looks like urticaria (hives) to me. My ds had a 6 week dose of hives at about that age. They appeared and disappeared in clusters; he was otherwise well. They went all round his whole body in clusters twice, then disappeared. I sought a load of advice from doctors as it looked awful. The best advice I got was that in toddlers they can get an immune system over reaction to a minor virus . The hives are a symptom of the immune system over reacting. Would that make sense? They went away in the end, DS is fine.

Btw the reaction happens after the virus, when the immune system has been triggered, not at the same time.

It looks like urticaria, which can be triggered by all sorts of things

Can you get hives from a viral infection?
In fact, viral infections cause more than 80 percent of all cases of acute hives in children. A variety of viruses can cause hives (even routine cold viruses). The hives seem to appear as the immune system begins to clear the infection, sometimes a week or more after the illness begins.

I had to take mild steroids to get rid of my hives once.

They mentioned urticaria and assured me it wasn't that again some of the other photos I cant post due to being in nappy region and they dont look anything like it , she sat in the hospital fir most of the night being documented but will defiantly mention it again at doctors tomoz, I'm demanding a referral to a dermatologist. We've been told by a separate party to get bloods done he reckons she could have some kind of immunity disorder .

Definitely hives. They come in several form and layers.
It is not a skin condition but an autoimmune response from the body to something. I would suggest an allergies specialist to identify the cause.

My son had the most horrendous urticaria and only steroids (betamethasone) would clear it.

Could it be Dermatographic Urticaria? I have this and some of the images you have posted look very similar to the lumps I get

Thanks for all the replies I'm writing all this down and researching it, if so many of you think its that then it probably is ! I'll mention all of this to the doctor in the morning an let you know what she thinks

I've been having a good nose online and definitely reckon its some type of urticaria the pics look very similar to quite a few bumps she's had. Thanks everyone really appreciate the replies I've been going mad about this
