My 15 year old daughter has just spent a couple of days in hospital with what turned out to be a 6cm cyst on her ovary.
We all thought initially it was appendicitis but after this was deemed unlikely I pushed for a scan and the cyst was found. She's fine now. She was in extreme pain and very very nauseous but thankfully it rectified itself and she's not being seen again until September.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has a similar story? She seems young got this. What are the chance it'll come back and is there anything you can do for good ovarian health?
