vomiting 24 hrs after pre school jabs

Hi, ds2 who is 3 years old had his pre school jabs yesterday morning. He seemed fine yesterday and woke early this morning full of beans. I was just called back to nursery as he's vomited all over the construction area

We are due to go away for the weekend today after school. He seems fine now is sat in the bath playing with his cups, no temperature no further sick yet.

What do you think? Am I destined for a weekend of everyone throwing up due to a stomach bug or could this be a reaction to the vaccine?

Have a look at the Nhs website, it says that vomiting is a common side effect. My dd had a bit of a temp and went off her food for a few days after but nothing apart from that but obvs if you are concerned then see a doc. It's typical isn't it, for the first 3 years of my dd's life she was ill every time we went on hols! Xx
