Last Thursday my 2 year old started with yellow spots in her mouth and they were very painful. Then they went with 24 hours. She had a sprinkling of spots across her neck. Also gone now. But since then she's had really loose stinky stools. She had a solid one this morning but then a really bad explosive one just now. Fine in herself...
Still breastfed and I'm pregnant.... Thoughts?
